Schott Shortpass Filters

Schott Shortpass filters allow short wavelengths to pass through and block the long wavelengths. The wavelengths range above 200nm and are manufactured in different thicknesses which multiply the number of filter effects. By combining different filters together you can achieve additional filter effects.

These filters are typically used for the medical, chemical, forensic and pharmaceutical applications.

UQG optics supply Schott filters in diameters and squares for stock and a range of options to custom make. Options includes optical coatings and low cost equivalent material for less demanding applications.
