Returns Policy

All goods must be inspected within 3 days of receiving them and UQG must be notified of any error in your delivery within this time. 

Any goods must be returned in its original condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. If there are any defects please contact us to discuss this. Any goods returned not in the original packing and are damaged in transit, UQG will not be liable to replace or credit the goods. There is a 10% handling fee for returned stock goods if the incorrect product has been ordered unless it is being exchanged for a higher priced product. There are no refunds on postage or payment fees. Custom made goods can not be refunded unless the parts are not to the agreed specification or drawing. 

All returns/refunds are at the discretion of management.
