Infrasil IR quartz material includes Infrasil 301 and 302 which is an optical quartz manufactured by fusion of natural quartz crystals in an electrically heated furnace.
The quartz material has very good transmission in the UV and IR wavelengths which extends to 3.30 microns. Used to produce IR optical windows, substrates and components.
