Hoya Neutral Density Filters

The data sheets are for hoya’s standard neutral density filter thicknesses which produce a range of optical density’s and transmissions.

The range consists of 8 types of absorption glasses which can be made from 165mm x 165mm material up to 8mm thick. They can all be custom made to a precise thickness to customise the density and transmission at different wavelengths measured by density, transmission or opacity. The tolerance can precisely controlled to very tight measurements by polishing the glass into tolerance.
