Waterjet Cutting
Ideal for cutting shapes complex designs, glass rings & cut outs leaving a fine ground edge with no tooling costs.
Cutting tolerance to ± 0.20mm
Glass scribing
Slicing Scribe & break process by CNC multi – cutting or single blade cutting
wheels ideal for ultra thin glass and coated glass sheets. Additional
working can be applied after cutting including bevelling.

Bevelling/Chamfering
Grinding the sharp edges or corners to a uniform size and angle to
accommodate housings, protection to operators assemblers and protection
of the components.
Glass Drilling
Diamond drilling and trepanning holes, cylinders and discs. Holes drilled to
minimum of 2mm diameter, smaller sizes laser or ultrasonic drilling is
recommended.
Drilling tolerance to ± 0.05
Milling
CNC milling cut outs strips and recesses around the edges of squares and
rectangles
