Refund Policy

UQG ltd aim to provide a quality product and service to our customers and want you to be satisfied.

Goods are supplied to our described specification or as advised at time of quotation.

Goods supplied which meet this specification or advised specification are non refundable. If they do not meet the specification and you wish to return them (within 14 days), after receipt of the goods and inspection at UQG ltd we will offer you a full refund or replacement.

Goods returned must be returned in the original packing with a description of the fault. Refunds are given at the discretion of company management.

If goods arrive damaged please notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
