UQG custom made range of sheet glasses includes all glasses with polished
surfaces as supplied by the manufacture. These are more suited for industrial,
commercial, scientific and for less optically demanding applications. The quality
of the surfaces of these materials, has greatly improved over the years as
technology has advanced to produce highly transparent polished surfaces. Excellent
flatness and parallelism but economical enough for commercial and precision
applications in a range of edge finishes.
UQG custom cut windows and plates from these sheet glasses to various sizes and
shapes. Glasses include the following types in standard thicknesses made in
small and production qualities.
