The UQG Custom Made Optical Prisms Range

UQG manufacture a custom made range of prisms to standard or customer supplied specifications. Our production workshop can accommodate prototype/R+D, batch runs to production quantities. Prisms are made as single components or bonded together to bespoke designs to create imaging/lighting effects. Filters and lenses can also be bonded to the prisms.

Custom size range & specifications Right Angle Prisms Dimensions: 1mm to 150mm Angles: To 1 minute Flatness: To Lambda 4 Surfaces: 8/50 to 20/10 Coatings: Aluminised, AR single/multi-layer, SIO & Mgf2 overcoated or black painted

Materials include: Optical glasses – hi & low indexes, Fused Silica, Fused Quartz, Borosilicate, BK7 and Float glass.
